• Communication between ATI and
Candidate and/or resume review by ATI
to evaluate Candidate interest in and
eligibility for potential opportunities

• Candidate completes the ATI
registration process:

• ATI determines opportunity/candidate
suitability

• Communication between ATI and
Candidate to assure opportunity is well
suited to Candidate

• ATI completes reference checks

• Receive Candidate permission for
presentation to ATI Client

• Interview Preparation and Training

• Presentation of Candidate credentials to
ATI Client

• Candidate phone screen/interview with
ATI Client

• Subsequent interview(s) and other client
required activities/tests

• Negotiating Salary and Contract Training

• Client decision for acceptance/denial of
Candidate start date
