Throughout history the elite of society and business have tapped the power of Mastermind Groups to bring their “Big Thinks” to life and expand their reach and impact.
With today’s speed of change, accelerators have been growing. Accelerators are groups of collaborative people that bring their ideas and experiences to make something happen and develop more quickly.
The Global Mastermind Accelerator was created to tap into the power of Masterminds and Accelerators. In this group, we connect with each other outside of the confines of our jobs. We have intriguing and fascinating conversations that lead to lifelong friendships and partnerships based on mutual respect and trust. And we give back collectively by accelerating Big Thinks that have a positive impact for society.
The Global Mastermind Accelerator Will:
Credibility comes from curating and activity listening to divergent perspectives and ideas. We are being called on to be systems leaders on this ongoing journey to a new type of workforce, economy, and society.
In this group, we have regularly scheduled meetings to build trust so that diverse ideas and opinions can flourish.
In the age of crowdsourcing knowledge and continuous learning, knowing more about something does not make you an ‘authority.’ Authority comes from collaborating with others to move knowledge to an actionable state that has a bigger impact than the knowledge itself.
In this group, we create ways to collaborate with people with diverse points of view and move knowledge to action.
Emotional Intelligence as currently defined, “the capacity to be aware of, control, and express one’s emotions, and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically,” is difficult in the age of social media and the ability to converse with people outside of your normal network.
In this group, we have created a circle of trust where out of the box ideas and different points of view can be safely discussed so that we can all expand our emotional intelligence and become better systems leaders and team members.
