Forbes Coaches Council Official Bio

I specialize in coaching Executives and building and leading high-performance Executive Teams. As a featured speaker and trainer for many Executive and Professional Groups, my focus is on addressing performance improvement and career success. I help Executives reach their stated career growth and performance goals. My career coaching has included working with Executives from a wide range of industries and companies. Sample companies include: PWC, Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, AT&T, Georgia Pacific, GE, Equifax, Kimberly-Clark, McKesson Technology Solutions, Samsung, The Coca-Cola Company, Deloitte Consulting, Home Depot and several other Fortune 500 Companies, Portfolio Companies, and large Family Owned Corporations. I am the co-founder and the co-facilitator of several successful Executive Forums, including the Financial Executive Forums – Peer Mentoring, the Renaissance Executive Transition Forums – Career Growth and Transition, and the Innovation Incubator Industry 4.0 (iii4.0) Forums – Helping Executives embrace and lead the introduction of Industry 4.0 innovation within their respective companies. Prior to my role as Chairman and CEO of Advantage Talent Inc., I worked on Wall Street and ran a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. Upon retiring from Wall Street, I began my career of Coaching Board Members and Executives. This eventually led to the co-founding of Advantage Talent, Inc. based on the tag line “Our Candidates become our Clients”. After placement, the Executive or Board Member is provided with Executive Coaching for Career success. This policy has proven to be a winning formula that continues to resonate with our candidates and our clients.
